Aaron Records was once again well represented at the 8th Annual Airplay International King Eagle Awards Show .  The awards presentations capped off a weekend that began Friday, September 29 with a showcase by Roxanne Breon, Billy Payne and Chris Noel.  They were all honored for their achievements. They received the King Eagle “Artistic Career Achievement Award” for the outstanding chart success of their singles on country radio at the eighth annual Airplay International’s King Eagle Awards Show that was held on Saturday, September 30, 2000 in Nashville.

Roxanne Breon, from Central Pennsylvania was recognized for the success of her single, “Makin’ Plans For Leavin’”.  She received the "Golden Artistic Career Achievement Award" for the release of "Makin' Plans For Leavin'", from her self-penned CD.  Breon, who is also an acclaimed songwriter took the stage wowing the crowd with her incredible talents as she sang her award-winning single as well as her previously released hit single, "The Sun's Always Shinin'", the title track from her CD entitled "The Sun's Always Shinin'" on  AARON Records. 

Billy Payne, a native of  West Virginia was honored for his Top 10 single titled “No Limit On Love.” He received the “Silver Artistic Career Achievement Award”. Payne, who is a big fan of traditional country music and a popular entertainer wherever he performs, took the stage at the awards show, showcasing his incredible talents on the title cut and several other songs from his new album also titled “No Limit On Love” on  AARON Records. 

Chris Noel from  Florida received the “Silver Artistic Career Achievement Award” for her release of, “Matter Of Survival”. Noel, a veteran actress (appeared in movies with Elvis Presley and Don Johnson among others) and singer with numerous awards in her past, performed for the crowd, and was presented a special plaque from the Viet Nam Veterans of America by Fred Tucker, former Commissioner of Veteran’s Affairs for the State Of Tennessee.  The plaque honored Noel for her work for veterans all across the United States.
